WHEN TO USE THIS DOCUMENT

 This document can be used by any organisation that supplies any form of training to employees. It is useful both as an evaluation of training undertaken within the workplace but can equally be used to assess external training.

 As all organisations will be aware, training must be effective to be of any benefit and obtaining an early evaluation is the starting point in recognising the value of particular training but also as an indication of whether a particular employee may need alternative or further training.
