WHEN TO USE THIS DOCUMENT

This sale agreement-

• Is for the sale of a business which is NOT an Online / E-Commerce or business website.
• Business is a limited company.
• Does include the sale of a company / company shares.
• Does not include any premises / transferring a lease.
• Can include the sale of any assets including stock, equipment, databases, suppliers and / or customers and goodwill.
• Option to include the transfer of employees if you wish.
• Allows the buyer and seller to customise details about what is included in the sale and what the sale process will be.

THIS DOCUMEMENT INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING:

• The process of buying / selling – what will happen and when.
• The price and what is included in that price.
• Deals with the transfer / sale of the company shares.
