INTERNATIONAL SALES POLICY


WHEN TO USE THIS DOCUMENT

 Any business who sells products on has certain obligations to advise about their international sales and supply.

 This needs to include all aspects of international sales from dispatch times to the buyer’s responsibility on receiving the goods., for example, with regard to import charges / duties.

 This Document is an International Sales Policy which can be used on its own (for example on a website) or can be incorporated as part of your terms and conditions of sale.

THIS DOCUMENT CONTAINS THE FOLLOWING:

  • Complies with the seller’s obligations to advise buyers.
  • Confirms what currency you can pay with.
  • Outlines additional charges (such as extra packaging, shipping and export/import fees).
  • Buyer’s legal obligations when buying.
  • Buyer’s obligations to take delivery – for example, what happens if they are not home.
  • Buyer’s obligations on receipt.
  • International sales – including what charges are/are not included in the delivery price.
